Ultrafine line felt tip pen (Sakura Pigma Micron) on acid free paper, approx 8×10 in
Biology of an idea is a Surreal abstraction of neurological cells. Traceries of stippled dots and fine lines bridge the abstracted neurons to form an interconnected network. The overall composition suggests an abstracted artistic bust in a somewhat Surreal style. A face, features, and sensory organs begin to emerge from the patterns of neurons, cell shapes and interconnecting dots and lines. The ego begins to coalesce as an emergent property of patterns of networked neurons. The thinker, still lost in the thought.
